Work lived in conversations

Models, liveries and uniform textures were requested, reviewed and corrected in chat. Anything not picked up the same day drifted out of sight, and the only record of what had been agreed was somebody's memory of a thread.

No shared view of a release

A pack ships as a set — vehicles, uniforms, and the corrections that came with them. Without a single list, it was hard to say what was genuinely finished and what was still open, so releases slipped for reasons nobody could point at.

Detail feedback went missing

Getting a Polish service vehicle right means a long tail of small corrections: a stripe in the wrong place, an outdated livery, a badge that doesn't match the current pattern. Reported in passing, those notes had no owner and no status.

A project per pack

Each release is its own project, so everything belonging to it — every vehicle, every uniform set, every fix — sits in one place with a visible remaining scope instead of being spread across conversations.

Every asset has an owner

Modelling, texturing and in-game testing are separate tasks with named assignees. On a volunteer team that swaps between what people have time for, explicit ownership is what keeps a half-finished vehicle from quietly stalling.

Community reports become tasks

Detail corrections coming from the community are captured as tasks with a priority rather than staying as messages, so an accuracy fix is triaged the same way a new model is.

A release you can see the end of

The team can tell at a glance how much of a pack is left, which turns 'when it's ready' into a date they can plan against.

Corrections survive

Accuracy feedback no longer depends on whoever happened to read it. Once it's a task it stays visible until the detail is actually fixed.

Contributors can join mid-flight

Someone joining the project can open the board and see what's active, what's waiting and where they can help, without a briefing call first.
